Please include the following information at checkout:

2. Recipient email address (If you want me to email it to them on your behalf)
3. From (name) to be printed on the gift voucher
4. The message you would like to be written on the gift voucher

The gift voucher is valid for only one use, so please make sure to use the full amount that it is on the voucher.
